Our client wanted make this rental property into his bachelor pad. The MSD team was brought in to refresh the space. The Houston Heights neighborhood is a diverse, historic community just north of downtown Houston. We wanted to provide our client an escape within the city, which called for a modern + Zen theme. Lenny Kravitz’s Brazil home, recently featured in Architectural Digest, provided him “a place to unplug, reset you life, and…. hear yourself.” Kravit’z intent and design inspired our client to create his own place to reset.

We stuck to earth tones and materials for an organic feel throughout the space, including the window treatments. Accessories help to modernize the space while mature plants exude a lush feel.

Any sized space can be transformed into your sense of luxury, and this Houston Heights home is an excellent example!
